About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join our Benefits & Recognition team within Total Rewards. This role will be responsible for the daily management of the recognition program activities including performing oversight activities of our third-party service provider relationship.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide daily vendor oversight, including confirming the recognition program is administered correctly and complies with program requirements and regulations.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of administration and customer service, track vendor and program deliverables and execute action plans to correct issues, as necessary.

  • Collaborate and consult with Benefits & Recognition peers and colleagues to answer questions and resolve recognition program escalations.

  • Review and edit recognition program materials.

  • Consulting on our recognition program including presenting to employees and managers.

  • Implement design changes or enhancements, including vendor and change management efforts.

  • Assist with benchmarking and program design reviews to identify short term and long-term opportunities to enhance the Wells Fargo recognition programs.

  • Engage with various levels of employees and managers across Wells Fargo and serve as a recognition consultant.

  • Represent the Benefits & Recognition team and serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) or acts as project participant within the team or cross-department projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Recognition or benefit program administration in a large organization.

  • Vendor management experience

  • Issues management experience: articulating issues, risks, and proposed solutions and ability to explain systems and processes to audiences that may not be experts in the Benefits & Recognition fields.

  • Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, detailed planning, process management and documentation

  • HR Information System experience, Workday highly preferred.

  • Experience with presentations to various stakeholders, including leadership.

  • Expertise in MS Office products including Excel, One Note, PowerPoint, and Word.
