In this role, you will:
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Understanding and familiarity with Wells Fargo Consumer Small Business Banking Operations as well as the Wells Fargo Compliance Framework.
Experience designing, implementing, executing, and sustaining regulatory controls compliant with Wells Fargo Internal Control Policy
Shared Risk Platform user experience with understanding of managing compliance and control inventories as well as regulatory environment reporting
Experience with regulations applicable to Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations
Experience implementing regulatory policies and regulatory change management
Project management experience
Execute implementation, governance, and monitoring of Regulatory & Risk Programs Key initiatives for CSBB Operations against published requirements.
Provide risk program support to CSBBO Lines of Business to execute certain risk management requirements and expectations.
Manage risk programs driven by multiple factors such as enterprise and policy expectations and Regulatory Applicability.
Challenge methods and decisions, escalate concerns, and develop controls/procedures.
Manage risk on an on-going basis by consultation on problems or questions, issue resolution and tracking, monitoring, addressing violations or exceptions.
Serve as a liaison between enterprise teams and CSBBO Lines of Business for new requirements coming to CSBBO.
Mitigate select risks on an on-going basis that are common across multiple CSBBO business groups by developing and executing shared controls (e.g. Regulatory Change Management and Regulatory Policy Implementations).
