As a Senior Business Execution Consultant, you will lead and participate in managing and supporting the oversight of Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) related remediations and partner with parties across Technology to track remediation of Technology Asset Management and Technology Configuration Management policy violations. You will ensure Asset Class Owner governance is maintained for Baseline and Drift management, reporting, and validation as part of the annual review process. Attention to detail is critical to your success in this role.
In this role, you will:
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Oversee Asset Class compliance to baseline and drift policy requirements and ensure ongoing evaluation of compliance as well as validation/reporting of asset class metrics
Ensure control execution and evidence for SACM Configuration Management baseline related controls
Lead the collection of evidence for control evaluations and audit requests of the Configuration Baseline function for compliance with current procedures; ensures corrective action is carried out
Partner with accountable groups across Technology to ensure solid remediation plans are documented and tracked until completed
Review data with the technology team and track initiatives impacting the quality of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Asset Management Database (AMDB)
Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to sustain effective controls
Make or help influence sound decisions for complex situations which may impact the broader team
Lead and drive new initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of experience leveraging strong attention to detail skills
3+ years of relationship management experience driving results with data owners
Desired Qualifications:
Advanced experience with ServiceNow
Experience with Configuration and IT Asset Management, including policy knowledge as well as concepts and best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including experience with PivotTables and VLOOKUP
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
