Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join the Money Movement Product Delivery team in Wealth & Investment Management (WIM). The Consultant will manage and maintain the strategic roadmap for WIM Money Movement relative to Independent Channel alignment and integration with FCCS and RIA partners. More specifically, the role will need to partner with leaders in the rapidly growing independent segment to understand specific needs related to Money Movement, and help define how the WIM product offering aligns and can be made available to meet those needs. Expansion of digital alternatives and broadscale digital adoption will be areas of emphasis for this role in an attempt to maintain market competitiveness in the space. In this role, you will:
Lead, collaborate and consult with product leads, technology, risk partners, sponsors and business partners to create the product roadmap, clarify and define product requirements and effectively manage change
Coordinate dependencies across multiple scrum teams, manage implementation risk
Ensure full understanding of product impacts that translate into comprehensive engagement strategies
Influence decisions end to end with product management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end while developing and implementing program and product level processes, procedures and performance metrics
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Money Movement
Craft compelling strategic collateral defining the 'story' of transformation for senior firm executives
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
Develop and aid in executing critical OKR measurements in partnership with Finance to help measure progress against strategic priorities
Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Experience working with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), preferably in a financial services setting
Experience using or supporting Money Movement related systems or processes including wires, transfers and ACH
Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate effectively with other business, operations and technology areas
Ability to influence others and create followership without direct authority
Knowledge of Wealth and Investment management businesses
Ability to understand the business problem and identify strategic solutions that may include changes to technology, organization, policies, controls or processes
Ability to research and report on a variety of issues using critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to exercise independent judgement to identify and resolve problems with a focus on actionable outcomes.
Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to management
Experience in building strategic PPT readouts / reports, synthesizing key data points to a coherent strategic story
Fluency in Microsoft office suite - particularly in PPT and XLS with the ability to illustrate key messaging on a page for management consumption
Strong communication skills to effectively articulate complex analysis and strategy recommendations in a clear, concise manner.
Takes initiative, identifies opportunities and implements change
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the proven ability to manage multiple processes and tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
Agile Methodology experience
Excellent interpersonal skills, including those related to conflict resolution
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
