In this role, you will:
Be responsible for the identification and remediation assistance of potential gaps which may create regulatory risk
Assist business units across Fraud & Claims Management in the development, implementation, monitoring and oversight of processes and controls to mitigate operational and regulatory risks that can arise from inadequate or failed internal processes, people, or systems
Focus on the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) related to Deposit accounts, UDAAP, and the operating rules of each Consumer Reporting Agency within Fraud & Claims Management
Assist with development and implementation of procedures, process mapping, and identification of upstream/downstream interactions and dependencies.
Ensure end-to-end processes are documented, socialized, and compliant
Serve as a subject matter expert for audits, exams, initiatives, and issues related to furnishings and identity theft
Serve as a subject matter expert on projects and process enhancement initiatives related to furnishings and identity theft
Develop assurance and automation strategies to ensure processes are well executed
Coordinate activities with Disputes Center of Excellence and Consumer Reporting Agencies
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications, US:
Desired Qualifications:
Military intelligence or analytics experience including operational management, project management, mission evolution management and finance management
2+ years of experience leading medium scale projects
2+ years of experience with Identity Theft
2+ years of experience working with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
Background in Fraud, Compliance, Audit, or Controls
Experience with the Consumer Reporting Agency operating rules
Experience with identification and remediation assistance of potential gaps
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements which may include workflows, process maps, or business processes
Experience researching, analyzing, documenting, and presenting organizational metrics that drive business decisions
Knowledge and understanding of systems Business Modeling Group (BMG), CLAIMS/LU, Customer Contact Management (CCM), Universal Workstation(UW), Credit Dispute Resolution System (CDRS) and Customer Management System (CMS)
