Sabre's fastest growing business unit, Hospitality Solutions (HS,) is hiring a Senior Business Development Executive to grow our global business. Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Accounts, along with one other Executive, this role will be responsible for developing and acquiring new business with the world's largest hotel chains. With that said, this specialized team is the sole creator of new business within the global hotel industry at Sabre, providing a unique opportunity to make an impressive impact. This seasoned entrepreneur will be establishing, building and fostering relationships with executive leadership teams across the planet.
Identify, negotiate and close multi-year contracts that drive at least $10 million/year in revenue.
Establish and build strong Executive level internal and external customer relationships.
Collaborate with HS leadership, providingmarket analysis to remain competitive with product and pricing strategies.
Create and present PowerPoint decks in a professional, yet personable and entertaining way to new and existing customers.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
Experience & Skills:
10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years of relevant business development exposure.
Competitive nature. Driven to be the best.
Agility to work well under pressure.
Stellar negotiation tactics.
Top notch presentation skills.
Excel and PowerPoint whiz
Fundamental understanding of the hospitality or travel industry is strongly desired.
Familiarity and comfort with a long term, complex deals.
Prior experience at a top tier consulting firm a plus.
Ability to travel domestic and internationally.
