As a Sr. Business Analytics Consultant within PNC's Corporate and Institutional Banking organization, you will be located in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Chicago, IL, Tyson's Corner, VA, Philadelphia, PA or Washington, DC or throughout PNC's Footprint.

The Sr. Business Analytics Consultant will join the Data Analytics and Solutions team, to work on various strategic analytics initiatives. A qualified candidate will leverage emerging technologies to create innovative and streamlined solutions to drive PNC forward.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • BA/BS in a technically related degree.

  • 3+ years of related analytics experience.

  • Knowledge of SQL and basic understanding of database designs

  • Practical experience with data analysis / data wrangling (R/Python preferred)

  • Knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, etc.), human-centered design and/or web application development (including R Shiny, Bokeh, etc.)

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Intellectually curious

  • Proven project management and leadership skills

  • Knowledge of banking industry

  • Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions.

  • Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.

  • Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.

  • Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solution for operations and executive management to enable data driven decision making.

  • Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.
