YOUR TEAM

Insights & Data delivers state-of-the-art Data solutions. Our expertise primarily lies in Cloud & Big Data engineering, where we develop robust systems capable of processing extensive and complex datasets, utilizing specialized Cloud Data services across platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP. We oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of these solutions, which involves not only leveraging data processing tools such as ETL but also extensive programming in languages like Python, Scala, or Java, coupled with the adoption of DevOps tools and best practices. The processed data is then made accessible to downstream systems through APIs, outbound interfaces, or is visualized via comprehensive reports and dashboards. Additionally, within our AI Center of Excellence, we undertake Data Science and Machine Learning projects with a focus on cutting-edge areas such as Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Anomaly Detection, and Computer Vision.

YOUR TASKS

• direct cooperation with customers;
• collecting business requirements and translate it into understandable by developers (user story specification) in data centric projects;
• establish trust-based relationships with clients to better serve their organizations;
• communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner;
• documentation of the business processes (Confluence);
• design data models based on business requirements;
• actively participate in in roadmaps creation;
• support in the process of creating solution architecture.

YOUR PROFILE

• communicate fluently in English (German language will be an advantage);
• have at least 3 years of experience in business analysis and collecting reequipments (preferred in the BI/DWH/Big Data/Cloud area);
• have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• have critical approach to evaluate information from multiple sources;
• have ability to process the information, conclude from it and present the outcome;
• are experienced in working with external client;
• are open-minded, honest and have good to teamwork skills.

• Standards: UML
• Tools: Enterprise Architect, Confluence, Jira
• SQL knowledge
• Data warehousing and data modeling concept
