Job Description:-This position collects and organizes software requirements as well as interfaces with business process owners ensuring resulting software is useful and solves a specific Farm Service Agency business need.Visual Source Safe (VSS) and Subversion – Skill required
Rational ClearQuest or IBM Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) – Skill preferred
Strong experience writing use cases – Skill required
Exceptional oral communication and writing skills – Skill required
Extensive experience writing software requirements documentation – Skill required
Familiarity with 508 compliance issues
Familiarity with .NET environment
