As a Senior Business Analyst at Nexmo, you will provide direct support & guidance to the Sales Teams in all commercial aspects of deals with existing and prospective customers, including pricing quotation.
You will also be responsible for bringing together Sales, Marketing, Operational managers, Product managers, Finance and Legal team members to develop and execute our CPaaS Pricing strategy, and facilitate the on-boarding process of customers.
Your contribution will be essential to win deals, increase our market share and grow the revenue stream!
What You Will Be Great At
Building pricing offers for customers, including our largest and most strategic accounts
Actively collaborating with Operations entities, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to optimize the on-boarding process of customers
Running analysis around trends in customer requests and pricing. Taking action on trends revealed, driving changes in pricing and costs
Challenging existing pricing models and developing new competitive pricing models to grow the revenue stream
Streamlining and improving business practices, including tools, templates and processes, to increase the efficiency of the Deal Desk
Training and advising Sales and any other stakeholders on pricing, quoting, on-boarding process and best practice
Defining and managing projects to deliver further operational efficiencies
What You Must Have Experience In
Bachelor's degree required; Business, Economics, Maths or Engineering undergrad majors preferred
5+ years of experience in a rapidly changing, deadline-based position involving daily interaction with multiple levels of management and peers
Experience in Telco or Software industry would be a plus
Strong analytical skills
Strong experience in project management
Excellent Excel and data manipulation skills
