What you'll be doing
The Senior Business Analyst, Tableau role will be responsible for supporting the global Sales Systems and Process team to deliver analytics and insights to help the Sales organization improve productivity. The Sales Process and Systems team is responsible for process optimization, technology platforms, tools and resources, corresponding systems enablement functions, and measuring effectiveness of sales programs and operations.
The Senior Business Analyst possesses business and analytics acumen and collaborates with the Sales and Sales Operations teams to identify problems, analyze root cause, recommend process improvement, and deliver success metrics. Additionally, the Senior Business Analyst coordinates new small project implementation from planning/strategy through execution and evaluation.
Some of the things you'll be doing include
Analyze Sales processes and programs for adoption, success, i.e., pipeline creation, correlations between usage and success, and performance impact (includes Account Planning and Sales Engagement, and Lead to Opportunity process)
Analyze sales processes to track velocity, days in stage trends, opportunity health, propensity to close, sales hygiene and preparedness
Identify gaps, issues and recommend course of action or solutions to improve productivity
Document sales processes in collaboration with program managers
Manage project intake process
Manage / track tickets
Manage license provisioning for platform systems
Drive planning and execution of smaller systems-related project execution in partnership with the Enterprise Applications team
Who you are
Experienced. 8+ years of Business Analyst experience. Proven success and experience with a complex, enterprise-wide project
Educated. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
Technical. Must be proficient in Tableau, predictive analysis
Team Player. Able to manage multiple priorities and build excellent rapport with internal teams
Communicator. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and information to a broad audience, including working with executive level leaders
Efficient. Understanding of 6 Sigma and process / systems analysis
Effective. Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
