Overview
Susquehanna International Group (SIG) is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our compliance technology team in the Philadelphia area office. The compliance technology team is responsible for designing and developing tools for the oversight of SIG's trading activities across all of our products, including options, equities, futures, fixed income, and many others. You'll lead the firm's efforts around SEC Rule 15c3-5, the Market Access Rule: leading annual audits, leading quarterly reviews, monitoring emerging regulations and filings, interfacing with US regulators, and managing compliance driven projects.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with diverse teams to assess, understand, implement and provide guidance on requirements
Report project status to all levels of staff and management to increase project transparency for all participants and stakeholders
Synthesize information, taking a broad view of systems and understanding how complex work flows traverse distributed systems
Organize and facilitate the development and implementation of projects; manage project back logs, coordinate deployments and understand a large scale production environment

What we're looking for
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Business Analysis or Regulatory Analyst role
Working knowledge of US Regulations for equities, options, and fixed income is required
Experience with US regulatory examinations and inquiries is preferred
Experience within trading companies or other financial institutions is required
Experience working with technologists, traders and compliance personnel is required
Excellent communication (both oral and written) and organizational skills is required
Strong planning, estimation, and risk management skills are required
Experience working with project tracking systems is preferred; experience with Jira preferred
Familiarity with SQL queries is preferred. Willingness to learn is strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline is required
