The Sr. Business Analyst position reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs of applications/products supported by the Integration team. They also conduct analysis to recommend system and business process modifications to support departmental strategies through the use of in-house developed software or purchased software. They must be knowledgeable of business goals, user needs, computer program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. The primary SDLC focus is agile and scrum although some of the legacy work is also waterfall.
Technical aptitude and understanding of .Net, BizTalk, object-oriented design methodologies, and DevOps is critical to this role. Understanding of java technologies is a plus.
This person should have the ability to communicate effectively to leadership any delays or obstacles and implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements. They should apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving.
Familiar with TFS/JIRA for backlog management

Supports annual audit reviews (e.g. internal & external audit for application and change control, SAS70 reviews, Sarbanes Oxley, HIPAA, etc) plus Supporting and monitoring of SLA's.
Bachelor's Degree preferred
5 years' relevant work experience REQUIRED
SCRUM MASTER certification REQUIRED
Leadership and/or management experience is highly preferred
2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role
Thorough understanding of critical processes
SDLC including Agile, and Hybrids
Familiarity with agile practices, patterns and techniques such as such as User Stories, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
Experience with JIRA and TFS
Experience in utilizing and developing metrics and KPI's for monitoring application and development processes
Ability to succinctly communicate verbally in a variety of media
Strong collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills
Detailed understanding of process improvement methods and techniques
Experience working with Word templates, Visio flow charts, and other Office tools in order to create and communicate system requirements.
