Samaritan Health Plans (SHP) provides health insurance options to Samaritan employees, community employers, and Medicare and Medicaid members. SHP operates a portfolio of health plan products under several different legal structures: InterCommunityHealth Plans, Inc. Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency. Responsibilities include full range of activities from leading small to large scale projects to assisting other project managers on complex interdepartmental projects related to organization operational business functions that affect team members and providers at the industry level. # EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor#s degree required. Master#s degree preferred. Four (4) years business analysis and/or business systems analysis project coordination related experience required. A Master#s degree in a related field may be substituted for two (2) years experience. Experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business required.
