You will be joining an elite team that is responsible for designing, building and managing two entire datacenter footprints specifically for the purpose of enabling the entire firm to implement and test state-of-the-art infrastructure and application resiliency capabilities. To support this program, we are building out two full datacenter footprints and then layering on top an Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) platform, a Cloud Foundry based Platform as a Service (PaaS) solution and eventually a Kubernetes based Container as a Service platform. We are also designing and implementing a process and automation strategy for onboarding, testing and decommissioning entire application infrastructures.
The GTI Technology Strategy and Architecture Solutions team is seeking a Business Analyst Lead/Scrum Master to join our team. You will be responsible for defining processes, creating business requirements for functionality releases, grooming stories in the backlog, managing Scrum ceremonies, and designing efficient metrics and reporting. The Business Analyst will work closely with our resiliency leads, Line of Business Solutions Architects, and all GTI Towers to define process, tooling, roadmaps and reporting.

Degree in a technical discipline or similar experience

Experience working through an application lifecycle from start to finish including Agile development methodologies
Experience troubleshooting a project gone wrong and working to fix it, adjusting to major scope/design change
Experience working within large global organization and building and maintaining a global network financial industry experience desired
Demonstrated ability establishing credibility with business executives, along with presenting to and influencing senior management
Effective Project and Program Management skills
