Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and systems, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. The Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager will be responsible for documenting business requirements, streamlining a new system design based on an existing legacy system, and developing a project plan to implement the system. TASKS Tasks to be performed by the Consultant will include all of the following:

Coordinate and oversee meetings with stakeholders to capture business objectives for the described projects. Elicit and document business and functional requirements using proven business practices and tools. Identify, document, and streamline unnecessary and/or inefficient processes that should be modified in order to best implement the chosen solution.

Review business analysis documents to identify and analyze solutions to meet business objectives. Create detailed project plans. DESIRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management Business Studies, Business Administration/Management or related field. 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager Strong understanding of business processes and systems Experience with project management methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Company Description Our firm has been providing technical staffing to the Los Angeles County for over 20 years with one of the most SUCCESSFUL TRACK RECORDS and a GREAT REPUTATION.
