Senior Business Analyst, Oracle CloudProject Management and Strategic ConsultingLocation: New Orleans, LA SummaryThe Senior Business Analyst serves as a key strategic partner to internal functional teams, playing a pivotal role in preparing Tulane University for a seamless Oracle Cloud go-live.

This role focuses on comprehensive testing, detailed documentation, data validation and analytics, compliance adherence, training, change management and progress tracking to ensure all stages meet established quality control standards. Following implementation, this position transitions into a central role within the Oracle Cloud administration team, supporting quarterly Cloud updates and enhancement, as well as long-term organizational growth and sustained impact. The ideal candidate brings extensive expertise in ERP (Finance) /HCM (Human Resources)/ EPM (Budget management) processes, data analytics, and reporting.

They excel at navigating complex challenges, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 5 years relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Finance, Grants and Contracts, Procure to Pay, Budgeting, Recruitment, Compensation, Timekeeping/Payroll, Policies and Procedures. Preferred Qualifications• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP/EPM modules. • Experience with Oracle Guided Learning• Experience in testing, training, and driving user adoption to ensure successful system implementation and sustained organizational utilization.• Experience with test script and user training documentation development.
