NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).

Qualifications -

  • At least 7+ years of experience in Business and System analysis

  • Experience with Scrum Methodology

PReferred expeirence in Automotive domain

Responsibilities -

  • Perform stakeholder analysis and conduct business workshops with the required stakeholders. Develop the business context diagram and business process flows using tools like ARIS and Visio. Identify the business use cases and elaborate them.

  • Elicit the business requirements for each subject area and document them into a business requirements document using tools like JIRA and ALM. Package the business artifacts into business proposal document. Walkthrough the business proposal document and publish after soliciting feedback.

  • Perform Data analysis and debugging data issues through SQL tools like PostgreSQL and providing the solution to the problem. Ensure the business processing logic is rightly implemented.

  • Perform data modeling using UML and ER diagrams. Create Use Cases, mockups, wireframes for the business requirements

  • Perform business analytics and work with the business to define the reporting needs to prepare reports using tools like Tableau.

  • Package the interface contracts and solution artifacts into system proposal document.

  • Walkthrough the system proposal artifacts and solicit feedback. Update the artifacts with the received feedback, publish and seek sign-offs.

  • Helping the Product Owner to maintain the Product Backlog

  • Participate in Sprint Planning, Sprints, Sprint Retrospective

  • Help the Scrum Team to avoid or remove impediments to its progress, whether internal or external to the team

Required experience:
5 years of Business Process Analysis experience
3 years of Business Architecture experience
3 years of Scrum experience
