Senior Business Analyst

Summary

Our client is seeking a Healthcare Business Analyst with robust project management capabilities to join their team. The role entails leveraging expertise in ServiceNow, particularly in Field Service Management (FSM), along with experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) within the healthcare domain. Effective communication and a keen business acumen are key attributes for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify requirements, assess processes, and recommend enhancements in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

• Serve as a project manager for ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, particularly Field Service Management (FSM), to align with business needs and streamline workflows.

• Provide subject matter expertise in healthcare operations and technology, offering guidance on best practices and solutions for process optimization and efficiency.

• Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and escalate as necessary to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong project management skillset, preferably in the healthcare industry.

• Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform, with specific expertise in Field Service Management (FSM) preferred.

• Solid understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• High level of business intelligence and analytical capabilities, with a strategic mindset for problem-solving.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
