Senior Business Analyst

Lead or participate in requirements gathering/JAD sessions; working closely with Project Manager(s), SME's, Vendor and Business Users. Define and document requirements and use cases.

Troubleshooting application and/or interfaces as problems arise. Troubleshooting report issues. Working with user community and vendors to meet implementation timeline.

Email resume to positionsharveynash.com Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or Information Technology Management and 5 years of experience Experience defining, gathering and documenting requirements Experience in JAD sessions Experience with Application Support, Deployment/Go Live, Requirements reviews and sign-offs Experience with Use Cases, creating mock-ups, user interface mock-ups, test plan creation, and testing Experience with Agile methodology Coding experience require with HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, AJAX, JavaScript, AngularJS, and Bootstrap Must have SOA, API, WSDL, JSON experience Excellent written and verbal communications skills
