New opportunity based in Billerica, MA for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Commercial Operations and Sales Management Teams to provide sales planning and analysis guidance. Will partner with CO, Sales and Service teams to update and streamline policies and procedures, implement best practices in sales forecasting, provide reporting, and increase communication. Responsibilities include data analysis, reporting, market research, competitive analysis, planning, and sales process optimization. This position is a significant opportunity for an experienced Business or Financial Analyst to expand skills and abilities within a dynamic, fun, and fast-paced Life Sciences product and technology Sales and Service work environment.
Track and analyze key metrics pipeline growth, quota attainment.
Collect, consolidate and generate weekly sales forecasts (month and quarter focus), finalize and report weekly results to Sales Management.
Compile key sales performance data and compare with objectives for Management review, report approved plans to Finance for processing.
Proactively analyze win-loss data and provide regular reports of key findings to sales leadership.
Develop presentations that analyze sales and marketing activities and achievements based on SalesForce.com data.
Perform reporting and analysis for Sales and Marketing departments, including: executive sales and marketing results, key metrics, KPIs, campaign tracking and analysis, and ad hoc strategic analysis.
Implement and manage Salesforce.com reports and dashboards, ensuring sales reps and leaders have access to key data required to successfully manage the business.
Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and external intelligence essential to the sales organization.
Recommends revisions to existing reports or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
Managing Sales Incentive Compensation Program.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related degree.
Minimum 3 years' Business or Financial Analyst work experience, preferably within a within a publicly traded global life sciences product and technology work environment.
Proficient US GAAP knowledge and application with advanced business acumen, mathematical, quantitative, qualitative, analytical, and constructive thinking abilities.
Advanced computer systems proficiency, including MS Office with superior Excel (macro's, pivot tables, quantitiative analysis), SAP, CRM, MRP, Salesforce, Windows.
Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and computer communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to interact with all parties highly positive, professional, and courteous manner.
Possesses a strong working knowledge of company products, policies, procedures, and life sciences technology industry developments.
Excellent organizational, problem solving, collaboration, and internal consulting skills with proven ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent priorities.
Demonstrates highest standards of business ethics, honesty, and personal integrity.
Fluency in English required. Additional language fluency helpful. (German, Mandarin).
Actively demonstrates leadership skill and executive presence, including assertiveness, authenticity, collaboration, self-efficacy, and a positive disposition.
Possesses extensive knowledge of federal, state and local laws, regulations and codes.
Valid Driver License in good standing, issued by resident state required.
U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.
Maintain a valid passport with flexibility for domestic and international travel.
May be required to pass security clearance investigation.
