Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Provide necessary documentation and end to end support implementing solutions. * Systems Analysis: Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply it to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans. Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. * Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing effective communication processes. Stay current with customer needs and strategies, utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (such as emails, newsletters, presentations) to communicate updates and findings. * Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership to team members and peers. Collaborate with others, articulate ideas to senior management, and drive issue resolution. Hold yourself and the team accountable for results. Oversee implementation of projects from start to finish, ensuring successful execution.Qualifications:*

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a senior role. * Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience * Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Intermediate to advanced SQL experience, including importing large data files, and query creation * PowerBI experience a plus.* ADO or JIRA experience a plus. * Product management experience is a plus.Job Will Remain Open Until Filled
