May be responsible for one or more of the following:

  • Create and coordinate initial listing presentations and broker opinion of value

  • Compile, write and distribute regular market updates with sales comps and description of any market changes.

  • Review and analyze lease/sale documents, prepare financial analysis spreadsheets

  • Manage and coordinate leasing and/or investment sales process

  • Work with local brokers to drive direction and implementation of all marketing efforts.

  • Create and edit the content of marketing materials and presentations to include flyers, corporate leasing proposals, case studies, qualifications booklets, email blasts, invitations, and website content using Adobe InDesign

  • Create and handle copywriting of brochures and flyers for exclusive listings

  • Design, animate, and produce client presentations by utilizing multiple forms of graphics

  • Create proposal responses and pitches to include extensive writing and editing of company information, proposal text, and graphics

  • Maintain local web pages for corporate website and/or property websites

  • Plan and support client and local Cushman & Wakefield events (e.g. State of Real Estate, charitable events, etc.)

  • Manage due diligence and marketing process with clients for investment sales and leasing projects

  • Manage CRM database

  • Manage progression of escrow process working with photographers, engineers, environmental surveyors, escrow officers, title reps, etc.

  • Draft lease and sale proposals and counter-proposals

  • Prepare monthly reports including current status of deals, marketing efforts for available properties, companies currently targeting, etc

  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of job duties listed above

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum 1-3 years of corporate real estate experience

  • Real Estate License (or must obtain within first 6 months of employment)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel

  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and LoopNet is a plus

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

  • Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability

  • Advanced oral and written communication skills

  • Advanced project management skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Demonstrated aptitude to solve problems and navigate through obstacles

This position will be responsible for providing full administrative and marketing support to a small team of brokers in the organization. Duties performed may include a broad range of complex tasks involving confidential or technical information. This position requires a person who can be responsible for prioritizing projects to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Requires 3-5 years relevant experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Generate market surveys, tour books, aerials, location and amenity maps, spreadsheets, client correspondence, mass marketing mailings, and other team deliverables * Design and distribute marketing materials such as market overviews, placemats, brochures, postcards, presentations, reports, and proposals * Create and maintain detailed real estate documents requiring high levels of accuracy, including listing agreements, proposals, and other lease documents * Serve as an information resource to team by conducting research, assembling data, and performing special projects as needed * Maintain and update CoStar, internal databases, and client/prospect databases * Provide administrative support to include expense reports, check requests, invoicing, photocopying, mailing, scanning, typing and editing documents, etc. * Participate in regular team meetings, support staff meetings, and office-wide meetings * Provide cross-functional backup to support staff as needed * Create, maintain and/or purge files and records, including real estate transaction files * Schedule appointments and coordinate travel arrangements for team, oversee small projects QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE * Four (4) year degree or equivalent business experience * Minimum 3-5 years administrative experience in commercial real estate, inclusive of marketing duties, support functions, and client interaction * Proficient in Adobe InDesign * AIR experience is a plus CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES * California Real Estate license preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES * Advanced working knowledge of InDesign; other Adobe Creative Suite programs are a plus * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite * Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills * Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment * Flexible and highly motivated, with a willingness to take initiative and work independently * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with teammates and clients * Excellent follow-through and high attention to detail * Ability to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles with the ability to complete projects on time * Adaptability and proficiency in learning new software and JLL's in-house platforms #LI JLL Privacy Statement When you visit JLL websites, JLL may collect information related to those visits, without you actively sending that information.
