Senior Brand Manager

Assist the Regional Brand Marketing Sr. Director with the creation of the regional marketing strategy on the complex and exciting tequila and cognac portfolios, delivering against market plans, KPIs, brand health and volume/sales/profit growth objectives each year. This position will be based out of the Beam Suntory Atlanta office.

  • Opportunity for you to work on some of the fastest growing, highest priority categories in spirits to set and implement regional brand strategy in conjunction with cross-functionals (Sales, Commercial Marketing, Finance, Consumer Insights, etc.)

  • Sit on the Regional Marketing Leadership Team and participate as a key stakeholder in the Regional Commercial team.

  • Responsibility to lead cross-functional teams and external agencies to develop regional brand plans, driving a key strategic priority for Beam Suntory: localization to brand led, market fed.

  • Ownership on key regional projects, with the autonomy to drive decisions

  • Opportunity to provide regional category expertise and provide input into national brand strategies to capitalize on the explosive growth of cognac and tequila, particularly in the super premium segment.

Desired Qualifications

  • 6-8 years consumer marketing experience

  • MBA preferred

  • Travel 20-25% mainly domestic

  • Proven ability to execute brand/marketing projects that align with overall Brand strategy

  • Self-starter with an ability to deal with ambiguity and lead a team within a new strategic role within the organization

  • Experience repositioning brands locally

  • Demonstrated experience in working across and up an organization, gaining credibility amongst peers, managers and other commercial leadership

  • Experience working in or with commercial sales or field marketing a desired

  • Multicultural and luxury marketing experience a plus

  • Experience with beverage alcohol industry and/or three-tiered distribution system a plus (soft drinks, beer, and other wholesale-distributed products)

  • Sound written & verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated personal characteristics to be brand evangelist to local teams

Provides quality patient care to patients undergoing invasive procedures. Prepares patient for test and explains procedures. Assists in conducting tests to aid in diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular systems, using a variety of specialized electronic test equipment and recording devices. Processes all required paperwork, has knowledge of all supplies and the contents of each stockroom. Assists in training staff and students. Effectively communicates with patients, family, and other health care team members. Keeps patient and family members abreast of patient's progress. Demonstrates strong interpersonal relationship skills in interacting with co-workers, leadership, and other health care workers. Promotes teamwork. Monitors and records patient's blood pressure and EKG during procedures, notifying physician of changes. Circulates during invasive procedures. Circulating duties to include patient education, alleviating fears, monitoring patient's condition, treating patient under physician direction, and assisting scrub person and physician. Properly documents case events. Scrubs and functions as first assistant to physician performing invasive procedure. Properly operates and calibrates interventional imaging equipment, single and biplane units. Responsible for operating specialty equipment. Maintains currency of annual competencies. Maintains emergency equipment including oxygen, airways, ambu bags, suction equipment, temporary pacemaker and cardiac defibrillator. Scrubs and acts as first assistant to physician performing invasive procedure. Exhibits knowledge of sterile technique and of supplies and equipment used. Practices the principles of sterile technique during invasive procedures. Practices departmental guidelines in room turnover, including proper cleaning of equipment and work surfaces, and waste removal. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Registered as ARRT with CI credential with one year experience OR RCIS with one year experience. Graduate of accredited school of radiologic technology OR Graduate of accredited school of cardiovascular technology. Education requirement may be waived for a technologist who obtained the RCIS credential prior July 2013, based on Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) bylaws changes. Able to wear lead aprons and stand for 80% of work time. BLS certification required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (Medium): 20-50 lbs; 0-33% of the work day (occasionally); 11-25 lbs, 34-66% of the workday (frequently); 01-10 lbs, 67-100% of the workday (constantly); Lifting 50 lbs max; Carrying of objects up to 25 lbs; Occasional to frequent standing & walking, Occasional sitting, Close eye work (computers, typing, reading, writing), Physical demands may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.
