ROLE OVERVIEW:
The SpringHill Company is seeking a highly motivated and multi-faceted Senior Brand Manager to join our client team. As a Senior Brand Manager, you have demonstrated experience building and fostering strong brand partner relationships, across a variety of stakeholders, while successfully leading and guiding internal teams and partners towards success. You use your business savvy and connection to sports and culture (gaming, music, fashion, art, entertainment, etc,) to marry brand, business, and community insights to influence the development of cultural marketing strategies, big ideas, and 360 creative solutions that generate profound impact.
While client services are core to your responsibilities, you are the gatekeeper of our client's business which enables you to drive existing, new, and emerging opportunities, alongside the full Robot team, while ensuring Robot is always over-delivering for our partners.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business
7+ years' marketing experience, which includes advertising or marketing agency experience
Experience in developing brand strategy and creative ideas connected to the overall strategy
Ability to strategically structure a project to get to the highest level of work
Proven ability to manage multiple projects from inception through to execution while adhering to strict deadlines
Innate curiosity for the world around you with an ear to the ground on all things sports, culture, social and digital media
Experience managing a wide range of productions, activations and budgets
Excellent writing, rigorous attention to detail, and solid presentation skills
Self-starter that knows how to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Word, Google Suite, and Keynote
$105,000 - $120,000 a year
