We're looking for a experienced & creative Brand Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the renowned Spekit brand! As a senior member of the team, you'll immerse yourself in a creative environment, collaborating closely with our go-to-market team, executive leadership, and Webflow support team to uplift our brand across various touchpoints, with a focus on web projects. Your creativity and expertise will drive experimentation, growth, and the evolution of Spekit's mission to empower every employee to thrive by surfacing the knowledge they need exactly when and where they need it. This person is looking for an exciting role in a growing startup where they can see the impact of their work every day in the growth and trajectory of the business.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative visual designs for Spekit and our marketing website, prioritizing user experience

• Collaborate with the go-to-market team to understand customer and prospect needs and prioritize based on key business objectives

• Visually create clear design assets for our marketing, sales, and customer success efforts. Pitch decks, product graphics, one-sheets, landing pages, etc.

• Advocate for accessibility best practices and contribute to improving conversion rates through experimental design

• Reliably meet deadlines while collaborating with project owners, agencies, and consultants

• Enhance our brand design foundations and web component system to standardize high-quality patterns and increase team efficiency

• Uphold team values, design principles, and craft standards

Outcomes you'll achieve:

• Elevate the experience customers and prospects have with our brand as they interact across any given touchpoint through cohesive and connected design

• Increase collateral creation speed for requests across the organization

• Improve our ability to create new, custom design and collateral

• Increase the speed and ability with which we're able to improve the website experience, technical SEO, design

• Improve how we communicate the value of the Spekit platform through visual design

What we're looking for in you:

• 5+ years of web design experience with a focus on dynamic storytelling

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to articulate ideas clearly and partner effectively across functions

• Enthusiasm for innovation and a proactive approach to proposing novel solutions for growth and conversion

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, receptive to feedback, and adept at independently driving strategic concepts from inception to completion

• Portfolio showcasing expertise in brand design across various mediums, including digital, print, and motion graphics

• Attention to detail and an understanding of accessibility best practices

Familiarity with B2B/SaaS brand design and Webflow is a must

• Bonus points for experience in motion design, 3D design, SEO, AI experimentation, and tools like Hotjar, Flowbase, Canva, Air, Jetboost, and more.

$100,000 - $130,000 a year

Actual compensation amount will be determined within this range based on skills, years of experience and any applicable industry experience.
