Overview

The Senior Brand Designer is a senior creative role responsible for the development and execution of creative concepts within the corporate marketing team. This role supports company-wide brand initiatives as well as marketing campaigns in partnership with business unit Marketing teams. We are looking for people who are passionate about design and working with other smart people to solve brand and design challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with corporate marketing team to develop branded creative design solutions.

  • Execute top-notch creative and accurate design work for complex marketing projects.

  • Take the lead in creating marketing collateral in partnership with Marketing teams.

  • Work with teams to determine layout, photography, pagination, and other design considerations.

  • Provide design recommendations across a variety of channels.

  • Ensure that creative approaches, format styles, and graphic standards are properly executed and follow brand standards.

  • Confirm all files created are technically sound and ready for print production.

  • Manage multiple, concurrent projects and help prioritize work to meet all deadlines.

  • Research design trends and share with their teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in design or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • At least 5 years of agency or in-house design experience.

  • Proficiency in applying design principles and thinking.

  • Brand strategy and development experience.

  • Mac-savvy skill set, with exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Highly collaborative mindset and great communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage work and meet critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven self-starter and highly motivated, a fast learner, and comfortable taking the initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong knowledge of pre-press and printing best practices.

  • Passionate about current design trends, new approaches, and personal skills development.

  • Must provide a portfolio that demonstrates a refined design sensibility and great typography.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare or animal health industry experience

  • Experience and comfort with developing ad copy

  • Flexible and adaptive to change

VIEW JOBS 12/6/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-06T00:00 Overview The Senior User Experience (UX) Designer's role is to understand the Company's product, business, and technical requirements and goals to convert them into visually appealing, engaging, highly usable, and user-centered web and mobile interfaces for our project. This role will work closely with key stakeholders including product and development teams to create and implement high quality graphics, User Interface (UI) elements, and workflow designs that will be flexible to support display and interaction across multiple browsers, screen sizes, platforms and devices. The Senior UX Designer is an expert in UX design, driving innovation and clearly conveying the rationale for the application's design decisions. Responsibilities * Work with Business and Technology stakeholders in a multi-disciplinary team to define the UX requirements. * Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, and usability findings. * Build Interactive Prototypes for the web applications that can be used in usability studies or other forms on gathering requirements * Assume overall User Interface design of web applications, incorporating usability, comprehensive work flows, applying standards, using various tools to create graphical interfaces for web-based applications * Collaborate on user experience planning with the project and technology teams to develop product vision * Create, improve, and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate interaction ideas using any of these methods * Design intuitive and simple user interfaces for web, tablet and mobile solutions. * Develop user profiles, journey maps, personas, usability requirements, use cases and scenarios to articulate the solution experience. * Present and defend design decisions, ensuring all design decisions are based on the overall design roadmap, design experience, best practices for web and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.) * Help define the high-level UX Strategy for the project and across the enterprise. * Assist with effort estimation and planning for UX-related work. * Conduct research on UX best practices to incorporate into the project and enterprise standards. * Serve as a liaison between IT, vendors and the supported business areas. * Communicate effectively with management to enhance their understanding of the opportunities and limitations of different UX strategies.
