Cytel's Flexible Solutions Program (FSP) offers statistical programmers, biostatisticians and clinical data specialists amazing opportunities to work on client projects supporting clinical trial design and analysis.

As an experienced Early Development Biostatistician you will support Cytel and a client of our Functional Service Provider (FSP) division Phase 1 and Phase 2a activities (non-oncology Early Development). You should possess both good technical and operational skills.

Contributions may include:

  • Participation in Early Development (phase 1 and 2a) projects

  • Lead Early Phase trial statistical activities from sponsor's perspective

  • Oversight and leadership on statistical and programming activities for trials in early phase, including hands-on and QC activities using client internal resources and/or external providers

  • Statistical input into design of PK, proof-of-concept and other types of early phase trials; might include modelling/simulation activities

  • Participation in regulatory interaction and submission activities as appropriate

  • Development and review of Statistical Analysis Plans (SAP), programming specifications etc. .review of and input to other study or project related documents as appropriate

  • Contribute to Cytel or client non-project activities, Mentor more junior statisticians, participate in other required activities as appropriate

What we are looking for:

  • Master's degree in statistics or a related discipline. PhD desirable.

  • 5+ years supporting clinical trials and project in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry, with considerable focus on Phase 1 and 2a activities

  • Solid skills using SAS and other relevant tools

  • Advanced technical statistical knowledge is desirable

  • Experience with Summary of Clinical Pharmacology and other regulatory related activities, guidelines and requirements is a plus

  • Constructive collaborative attitude with good communication and strategic thinking

  • Great operational skills in organizing team efforts from a statistical perspective

  • Results-oriented with good ethics

The Senior Customer Development Analyst is a meaningful role that allows us to improve our partnership with our customers by providing category solutions and insights that drive profitable omni category growth. In this role, a successful candidate will leverage data to develop actionable business recommendations, assist in the development and execution of category reviews and merchandising plans and provide insights through the collection of relevant market trends and shopper research. Key Responsibilities • Uncover transformational Omni Category insights and solutions for our customers / shoppers / consumers that deliver on critical metrics for instore and online. • Develop assortment optimization recommendations for online and in-store by providing shopper, category, brand and/or customer insights. • Ensure that data is organized, reported and accurate when devising data sets through careful review and refinement prior to running analytical tests. • Actively uncover business opportunities with deep-dive analytics using various resources including, but not limited to: Retailer loyalty data, Syndicated Data (Nielsen/IRI), Marketplace and HH Panel Assessments to independently discern trends and provide insights-based recommendations to deliver sales objectives. • Primary focus on Walmart while also supporting other Mass, Club and Dollar customers. Understand how these specific channels go to market. • Collaborate with Zarbee's National Account Managers to evolve promotional plans, evaluate the impact of pricing and track competitive marketplace activity to unlock internal and external growth opportunities. • Support efforts to continue to build that Indispensable Partner mindset with our customers. • Work with internal partners to provide voice of customer to craft our go to market initiatives and to provide an understanding of the external marketplace. • Find opportunities to deliver on strategic seasonal priorities for the assigned business. • Develop, utilize, and share best-in-class thinking to improve functional efficiency and accuracy of findings and recommendations.
