The SAIC Corporate Benefits team is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst with knowledge of benefit programs, administration, cost analysis and compliance requirements with an ability to write and oversee program communications and perform data analysis in support of the benefits team. Benefit programs include but may not be limited to: disability, paid time off, Life and AD&D, voluntary benefits, Service Contract Act (SCA). This position may be remote anywhere in the US for the right candidate.

This position reports to the Benefits Manager, Sr. and provides broad opportunities in the following areas:

• Oversight of the administration and compliance of specialized paid and unpaid leave and disability programs including state paid sick and family leave, short and long-term disability, FMLA and paid family leave. Act as liaison/consultant to the
