Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain the existing MuleSoft platform.

• Administer, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure.

• Implement robust security measures and best practices to safeguard project assets and data.

• Ensure project solutions comply with industry standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with the team to develop repeatable, scripted processes.

• Engage with internal clients to build and maintain a platform solution.

• Develop monitoring solutions to ensure system efficiency.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, developing effective solutions.

• Aid in designing and validating innovative solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices.

• Document processes and solutions clearly for end-users and support teams.

• Establish technical standards for hardware, software, and services proposals.

• Participate in mentoring team members and clients to boost their technical proficiency and understanding of our systems.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Proficiency in the following technologies: Kubernetes, Azure, Linux/Bash Scripting, Network and Security, Azure infrastructure components.

• Proven experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously, driving solutions effectively and efficiently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to interpret technical needs for non-technical customers.

• Prior customer service experience.

• Proficiency in working on and with Linux or Bash shell scripting.

• Experience deploying MuleSoft applications into the cloud is a plus

Our Senior Solutions Architect earns between $94,300.00 - $158,400.00. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
