Senior Automation Programmer

New Life Staffing is currently looking for a Senior Automation Programmer for a client we have in the Exton, PA area.

We're looking for those who have:

-Experience in the programming of PLC control and PC-based SCADA systems and system start-ups is required for this position. A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering or related technology is preferred.

-We would also look for proficiency with multiple manufacturers' automation hardware and software including but not limited to: Allen Bradley, Schneider: Unity Pro, Vijeo Designer, ProWorx32, Telepace Studio, GeoSCADA, Wonderware In Touch, System Platform, Historian, Aveva Edge, and GE hardware and software.

-Additional experience we would find beneficial is in Hard-wired, Wireless, Radio Networks, and in the configuration and troubleshooting process of control instrumentation and motor control devices. Knowledge of VPNs and cyber security is a definite plus!

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related.

-4+ years of automation programming needed.

-Prior supervisory experience preferred.

-Occasionally, must be able to handle customer needs after hours.

-Our Programmers occasionally provide after hour client support and have overnight travel trips for projects.

Salary: $100,000-120,000K
