Our Information Technology department is seeking a Lead Automation Analyst to join in supporting our newly formed Enterprise Automation Practice in our Worcester, MA Corporate Headquarters.

Ultimately, Automation Analyst is responsible for driving transformation/automation projects, build generic frameworks, enable process baseline activity, assist in building automation playbook, drive governance, and successfully deliver projects. The role can evolve over time as the automation practice begins to mature. With your solid blend of technical, and business skills, you will successfully partner with areas across the enterprise with their automation initiatives. This is a Full-time, Exempt role.
The Process Design Expert will work with business process owners to identify, analyze and capture business processes baseline that are candidate's for automation.
Create road mapsand managed implementation plan for process automation.
Partner with SMEs to create process flows, process maps and other documentation as required to complete assessments
Selects the appropriate set of technological tools and features for automation projects, ensures the alignment of the solution with enterprise guidelines and framework
Gather requirements related to automation opportunities, working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) for specific process areas
Process Design Documentation (PDD, TDD) for handover to developers
Ensures process changes are appropriate, accurate, effective, and compliant
Ensures a healthy automation pipeline, while leading the operational management of the virtual workforce
Ensures issues are accurately documented, escalated, and resolved in a timely manner
Escalates issues and risks to management where appropriate
Drive data driven project selection and decision making

Bachelor's degree in business or information technology studies
5+ years of relevant experience
Experience with business analysis or project management within RPA, process improvement, process optimization or process re-engineering
Experience working with cognitive automation tools
Strong understanding of process design and development including technology life cycle, project planning, requirements definition, developing project business cases, technology testing and operational transition
The ability to learn quickly and progress rapidly through automation tool training with a desire to take on more responsibility
Experience in agile methodology, project management tools
Awareness of Artificial Intelligence technologies and software automation
Good understanding of various automation components and features
Familiar with leading RPA and intelligent automation tools. Personal and Professional Competencies:
