What You Will Do
Dive deep into the Koch Compliance Standards, Koch Companies Internal Financial Control Framework, policies, and guidelines
Develop audit strategies based on assessed risks and regulatory requirements
Demonstrate exceptional project management skills, critical thinking, and a sense of urgency
Conduct thorough audit interviews and testing to identify gaps and opportunities
Deliver high-quality, accurate, and insightful audit reports in a timely manner
Contribute to the development and improvement of Internal Financial Control frameworks and compliance standards
Drive continuous transformation of audit processes
Build strong relationships with internal customers, understanding their risks and anticipating their needs
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Experience in various functional areas (i.e. commercial, financial, or auditing)
Understanding of business processes and related controls, as well as commercial compliance requirements
Experience with Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time, potentially including international.
What Will Put You Ahead
Relevant certification(s) (e.g. CIA, CFE, CPA, CRMA, CISA)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Seven (7) or more years of relevant experience (i.e. auditing, governance, commercial compliance, and financial controls)
Experience auditing in a sales and manufacturing environment
Experience in a corporate internal audit department, commercial compliance, or governance group
Project management experience
Experience with enterprise risk management programs, internal investigations of fraud and other compliance matters
Experience with compiling, analyzing large datasets and visualization (i.e. data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx)
Interest or experience in creating or examining bots/artificial intelligence
