Your Role and Responsibilities

Attorney position within Corporation Litigation to handle broad range of disputes both in litigation and pre-litigation counseling. Liaise with various stakeholders throughout the Company on litigation strategy and status. Work independently and with outside counsel to effectively shape case strategy and efficiently manage legal matters.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5 plus years experience practicing law with broad, general litigation experience with a commercial litigation focus.

• JD and prior law firm or corporate in-house counsel experience in litigation.

• Demonstrated experience handling legal disputes from start to finish, including trial and negotiated resolutions.

• Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Trial experience preferred

• Negotiation skills preferred
