Midsize law firm is seeking an attorney with top academic credentials and a minimum of ten years experience in Environmental Law.

The ideal candidate would have wide ranging experience in clean air, water quality and supply matters, hazardous materials, waste and regulatory permitting. Specific experience with land use, public agencies, clean-tech, Native American and energy issues are a bonus.

Successful candidates will have excellent writing and client relations skills. Need some portable business. Major law firm experience, or significant in-house experience preferred. Competitive salary, outstanding benefit package and a dynamic, team environment.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible depending on the candidate (they told us to send over candidates with salary expectations)

Visit us at Description Sr. Field Service Engineer is responsible to maintain, install and repair Sciex products at both internal and external customer sites, including strategic accounts. This position works independently to resolve all assigned customer and technical issues. Partners with Sales and Service management to drive customer satisfaction and business objectives. Mentors and develops less experienced staff members. * Completes and successfully pass assigned training tasks on assigned products and responsibilities * Expert knowledge of Sciex and OEM products * Working knowledge of applications/software workflow * Expert in performing high quality installation, repair and maintenance on mass spec instruments * Assigned and responsible for customer satisfaction at strategic accounts * Performs IQ/OQ and other qualification products. Includes training. * Conducts special projects as directed * Leading the tracking and completion of district PMs * Assists the District Manager with identifying resource and training needs. * Mentors and trains lesser experienced staff members * Expert in HPLC installation and maintenance * Performs preventive maintenance on select products * Demonstrates and completes all administration duties * Maintains own tool and parts inventory to ensure adequate supply * Assist District/Process Manager with coordinating background work and leading technical discussions for regional escalations * Troubleshoots and resolves difficult service situations both within assigned accounts as well as across the district/region * May fill in for District Manager as needed Job Requirements Qualifications * Associate's degree (A.S./A.A.S) or Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering or equivalent experience * Prior experience using and/or servicing mass spectrometry or related scientific instruments. * Expert knowledge of troubleshooting and problem-solving procedures * Expert communication skills both written and verbal * Works independently and as part of team * Drives commercialization of SCIEX products * Expert knowledge of electrical and electro- mechanical technology * Ability and willingness to lift up to 50 lbs * Requires ability to walk, climb, stand, carry materials, stoop, kneel, and bend at waist. * Must be able to climb a minimum 30 foot ladder * Exposed to seasonal weather based on geographic region * Exposed to moving parts and electricity that require safety protocols * Exposure to varied travel conditions either driving or flying * Travel required/Valid Driver's License. * Travel by vehicle or airplane within assigned geography, up to 50% overnight travel may be required. * Meeting Vendor Credentialing requirements are an essential element of this position. * Participation in PSPs & Kaizens At Danaher, we are dedicated to building and sustaining a truly diverse and inclusive culture.
