You will be expected to execute on business leads provided as well as cultivate external relationships and build a platform of new business.

Leasing professionals are incentivized and encouraged to seek out principal investment opportunities for the firm and its clients and are provided opportunities to participate in those positions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required. MSRE, MBA, CFA, CCIM or SOIR preferred

  • 3 to 10 years of commercial real estate leasing experience

  • An understanding of client needs and dedication to service

  • Strong financial analysis skills

  • Leadership experience, sales and negotiating skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Ability to be an independent worker with a team player attitude

  • Must be able to succeed in an environment that values individual perspectives and encourages sharing of information and

ideas, while driving towards common goals

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing a deep understanding of the real estate market by obtaining latest market and industry research, historical information and trends

  • Creating and organizing a detailed database for tenant pursuits and proactively scheduling and meeting with prospective tenants

  • Contributing in building tours, presentations, drafting proposals, and report preparation

  • Maintaining daily interaction with clients

  • Participate in firm marketing and business development opportunities

  • Performing complex financial modeling and analysis

Sr. Project Manager - Financial Crimes EPMO, Vice President Job Summary We are seeking financial IT Application Execution Project Management professionals for our EPMO (Enterprise Project Management Office) team, as we embark on a multi-year strategic initiative to provide a consistent project management process and framework for the bank. As we take on larger and more complex projects, this oversight will ensure we are consistent in implementation, manage resources appropriately, and are transparent in our reporting. In this highly critical and visible role, you will apply your many years of project management experience to successfully manage large and complex programs. The Project Manager's role is to effectively oversee/manage multiple projects within the specified time frame and budget per EPMO Policies and Procedures, including use of the Bank's Project Life Cycle, and project management tools/methodology. Responsibilities * Successfully manage large and complex (high visibility/risk) projects. Coordinates project team members to ensure completion of the defined project(s). * Partner with Sr. Technology and Business Leads/Sponsors, to develop strategic roadmaps to deliver large/complex technology projects. * Drive project completion successfully by achieving all milestones within each project, and the final implementation meeting the business requirements within the approved budget and timeline.
