As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in CTC's Core Services organization, you are responsible to optimize and integrate product processes, tools and people. You will work to bring together key elements of a product line and its Products to ensure coordinated outcomes. Working with the Product Delivery Director and the Product team, you will be trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.
Job responsibilities
Creates synergies across products to ensure successful delivery against business objectives
Collects key inputs from across products to ensure the full product-line framework highlights our core cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs
Calculates metrics for portfolio management operations and analyzes data for areas of opportunity
Develops change initiative materials and change timelines
Assists in the product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs
Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
Works across products to help ensure delivery against business objectives while coordinating reporting and communications plans for portfolio management operations and change initiatives
Enables operational efficiency by supporting training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices
Drives adaptation and modification of our product-line framework to ensure cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realized
Works with Product Owners, Delivery Director, agility leads, and engineering to support the alignment of Epics and stories to help track product deliverables and success
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area.
Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.
Experience in product deployment processes
Ability to make decisions based on analysis, experience, data and judgment.
Effective written and verbal communicator with excellent reasoning, organizational and presentation skills to both technical and product audiences, including senior executives.
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, Jira, Jira-Align & Confluence including Reporting.
Experience with agile product development techniques and delivery
