Senior Associate, Social Media Marketing Operations
TheSocial Media Marketing Operations Senior Associate will be responsible for managing marketing campaign execution for U.S. Card's Social Media channels. Marketing campaign management will include activities such as new campaign launches, test launches, process improvements, and optimization across our active social media channels. The Senior Associate will be the expert in Facebook, Kenshoo and any other relevant platforms and will stay in-tune with all social media platform updates and best practices.
Monitor Paid Social trends and generate insights to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and optimization
Daily management of paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) from planning & execution to analysis and reporting
Carry out campaign management tasks including; optimization, budget control and forecasting
Develop and execute all campaign testing, including; lift studies, creative format, ad copy, audience, and landing page testing
Coordinate with several internal teams including Compliance, Customer Experience, Analytics, Data etc.
"Self-starter", strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize workloads, and fast learner of new Paid Social technology tools
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification or Military Experience
At least 1 year of experience in Social Media marketing (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), including experience with planning and implementing successful Paid Social strategies
At least 1 year of experience managing multi-million dollar Paid Social campaigns
Masters in Business Administration
At least 3 years of experience in Social Media marketing related experience with high volume and media budgets
