KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Human Capital Advisory for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to experience-driven digital HR Transformation projects involving strategy, implementation, and optimization of the HR function including technology implementations

  • Participate in Digital HR Transformation Programs (i.e. ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle, and Workday) involving strategy, implementation support, and optimization across the HR Operating Model

  • Collaborate with engagement teams to define a modern HR operating model that is oriented towards world class employee and digital service experience

  • Support go-to-market activities for our Digital HR and Enterprise Service Experience Modernization Solutions

  • Work with our technology, analytics and adoption services peers to tailor comprehensive HR Transformation solutions for our clients that provide value driven outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of experience with HR technology, HR Service Deliver and Operating Model, and People Analytics as well as modern platforms (i.e. ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, and Workday)

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university

  • Background in human-centered design and employee experience-oriented platforms and solutions; preferred background in ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle, Salesforce, or SAP/SuccessFactors

  • Experience with full life cycle digital HR Transformation and Service Delivery supporting Shared Service or Cloud delivery solutions including ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle, Salesforce, SAP and other HR Technology implementations experience

  • Detailed understanding of HR function, processes, and best practices with strong experience leading engagement activities related to project planning, requirements gathering, design sessions and full deployment life cycle

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future and travel as needed

Colorado Salary Statement:

The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.

Colorado Salary Range: Low: $58600 - High: $133100

Responsibilities: * Provide analysis, development and documentation of improvement opportunities. * Document functional design, process flow diagrams, user stories, and gather feedback to influence solution design and approach. * Evaluate Service Management business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. * Analyze diverse business requirements to be solved with automation on the ServiceNow platform. * Effectively document and communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. * Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. * Stay up to date with the latest industry knowledge of Service Management and enhancements to ServiceNow functionality, making recommendations on how they can be used to improve business processes. * Act as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow and Enterprise Service Management. * Design and develop applications and add-ons for the ServiceNow platform. * Configure Workflow, Application UI and Customize ServiceNow applications. * Perform enhancement requests, including changes to UI, system properties, foundation content and modifications to existing workflow. * Perform upgrades and installations of ServiceNow. * Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff. * Other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field and/or a technology focused MBA or comparable experience. * ITIL 4 Foundation Certification or higher. * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. * Minimum of 2-4 years of previous experience delivering Information Technology Integration, Outsourcing, Performance Consulting or Management Consulting Services. * Minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow experience. * Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a large organization or professional services firm. * 1 full cycle ServiceNow implementations from initiation to implementation. * Strong oral and written communication skills, including high-impact client-facing communications. * Ability to work successfully in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. * Highly self-motivated and directed character with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure. * Core competencies include business analysis, project management, business process evaluation, and organizational change management. * Experience delivering IT consulting services/solutions many of which encompass strategy, people, and process, technology and infrastructure components. * Familiar with methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership to support the practice. * Basic understanding of Data Privacy regulations. * Eligibility to work within the U.S. * Ability to travel up to 50% locally and nationally.
