Accountable for technical performance of in-service product(s) on various platforms in terms of safe and proper operational use of the product.
Identify and investigate product technical and operational issues that negatively impacts performance, safety and reliability metrics;
Work with aircraft OEMs, product end-users (Airlines), repair shops (MROs) and UTAS internal functional groups (Engineering, Program Management, Quality, Supply Chain etc.) to bring technical resolution to the issues that leads to improvement in product field performance and increased customer satisfaction.
May be asked to perform on-aircraft product evaluation, end-user training, entry into service support etc. Foster and grow working relationships with aircraft OE, operators and repair shops in conjunction with the UTAS Field Service Managers (FSM), Customer Support Managers (CSM), Program Managers (PM) and Customer Response Center (CRC).
