KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Partner Services to join our Compensation and Benefits organization.
Lead partner and managing director candidates through the admissions process; provide guidance and direction to candidates throughout the process
Utilize job knowledge and independent judgement to identify and evaluate the firm's exposure to risk as it relates to potential issues arising from the admissions process
Interface with candidates, sponsors, firm leadership and recruiting to facilitate the process
Communicate the overall process, requirements and status to key leadership stakeholders
Initiate and manage due diligence including background investigations for partnership and managing director admissions; identify and address potential issues for resolution; document and update departmental SOW's
Partner with team to develop strategy by supporting data driven decisions and participate in cross-functional collaboration
Minimum three years of HR experience or applicable experience; preferably within a professional services firm
Bachelor's degree from accredited college/university or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint and Microsoft Suite
Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills
Strong organization ability as well as detail oriented while recognizing potential issues and identifying solutions to address them; strong attention to detail with a focus on quality work product(s)
Ability to work within a team structure and meet time sensitive deadlines; ability to prioritize, multi-task and be agile
Colorado Salary Statement:
The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
Colorado Salary Range: Low: $57200 - High: $102000
