KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Partner Compensation to join our Talent and Culture team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support on partner compensation process, strategic projects, timelines, communication plans, and other deliverables; work with the Director, Partner Compensation on deliverables for Board Compensation and Pension Committee

  • Participate in the partner compensation analytics process which includes the development and validation of analytics, reconciliation of all data sources to ensure accuracy and collaboration with team members on quality management

  • Produce data visualizations, financial models, projections, analyses and reports from interconnected data, leveraging Power BI and/or other reporting tools as needed; make recommendations on process efficiencies

  • Assess technical business requirements for partner applications, including posting analytics or documents to Partner Center; collaborate with other partner compensation team members in compensation analyses, SQL queries and reporting, PCAOB and other regulatory support

  • Serve as an internal consultant on partner compensation matters; collaborate and partner with internal client groups

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of recent, broad-based analytical experience, preferably in HR or related field

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent business experience required

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills are critical

  • Experience in a business/financial services consulting environment or other high growth industry preferred

  • Strong Excel skills required; working knowledge of Power BI and PeopleSoft exposure a plus

  • Strong oral and written communication skills necessary
