The Strategic Intelligence, client insights program manager is responsible for supporting senior executives and business managers with actionable key insights to run their business.
This role requires an individual who is self-motivated, curious, has great work ethics, is highly organized, resourceful with attention to details and the ability to execute well in a fast paced environment while working on multiple, concurrent projects. An ideal candidate would have a good presentation skills, consultative approach, analytical aptitude and the ability to synthesize relevant information from many diverse areas to share with the executives. A successful candidate in this role would have excellent analysis, and comprehension skills with the ability to clearly communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
Project management of Global Touch-Point studies. Build rapport with global business managers in a friendly manner to meet project timelines. It requires persistence and influence to coordinate with people with clear communication.
Ensuring the survey's logic and administration is flawless - very high attention to detail.
Plan and execute research projects, deep curious analysis for insights, identify trends, formulate reports, provide recommended actions, and assess implications of research findings that will provide actionable insights to the executives.
Comfortable with data manipulation: Interpret data, analyze results, keen interest in mining data to investigate marketing and strategy related business questions
Support team with other programs as needed - team focus is on cross training for people development.
Work in a collaborative/collegial environment with Strategic Intelligence, Sales, Service, Implementation, Proposals and research professionals in other LOBs to build synergies and holistic packaging of the findings.
Basic understanding of Survey design.
Bachelors Degree (Business, Economics, Mathematics, etc.) with 5+ years' experience in marketing research, strategy or related experience. Masters preferred.
Self-starter with a willingness to learn, ability to work both independently and as a team member.
In a fast pace global environment works with a sense of urgency, follows through tasks in a persistent manner. Owns his/her own work stream.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Good listening with demonstrated ability to comprehend, synthesize complex data and communicate clearly.
Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Superior Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
Ability to organize information in a concise and user-friendly way.
Comfortable interfacing with people at different levels within the organization and in various locations.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment is essential.
Ability to work with external vendors.
Knowledge of Qualtrics programming desired.
Strong time-management skills. Prior experience in project management a plus.
Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
