KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in CIO Advisory for our Management Consulting practice.


  • Assist clients with the development of IT digital and operating model strategies including initial vision, strategic requirements, and structured linkage to the business strategy

  • Translate ambiguous IT challenges into results by analyzing data and engaging with a diverse range of client stakeholders

  • Support our clients through large and complex IT transformation resulting from strategic business changes, mergers and acquisitions and other business disruption; Assist clients with the realization of Business and IT strategies given resource and financial constraints

  • Provide thought leadership and specialized insights to our clients around disruptive technologies (intelligent automation, cloud), digital, mobile, agile delivery, architecture, etc.

  • Manage and facilitate development of client deliverables, executive summary read-outs, and detail fact-based analyses

  • Assist with overall client engagement activities, proposal development, and support practice go-to-market initiatives and development of new offerings


  • A minimum of three years of related consulting or industry relevant experience and strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to develop hypotheses, frame problems, and generate relevant insights based on supporting data

  • Bachelor's degree with exceptional undergraduate performance from a top tier undergraduate institution within a field of study in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Sciences or related fields; MBA, JD or master of science in related fields preferred from a top tier graduate institution

  • Exceptional oral and written capabilities with demonstrated experience developing well structured, logical, and audience relevant communications; must have strong MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work in highly ambiguous and complex environments and the ability to interface with client executives and demonstrated commitment to personal growth and professional development

  • Willingness to travel up to one hundred percent

Job Summary Responsible for the various affiliate support needs which include the affiliate transfer pricing, to providing affiliate pricing with transactional pricing, to maximize efficiencies for responsiveness and appropriate solution and contract packaging considerations. Position will drive to establish best practices and a consistent affiliate support structure to improve the overall process across the various touch points . Will require knowledge of various quoting systems, pricing structures and product knowledge across CLEC, IXC and LEC environments as well as the various contracting conditions to support the environment. Consideration for regulatory and SOX compliance is needed . This role provides the internal expertise for affiliate pricing support and needs to work across various departments to bring all considerations together for overall effectiveness with the position. Job Description * Manage the various affiliate pricing requirements from standard contract transfer pricing to generating custom offers associated with opportunities across various solution types. * Provides leadership & guidance for improving the affiliate process support which has multidepartment impacts. * Facilitate discussions with various internal stakeholders to drive to most efficient solutions to provide affiliate support. * Develop executive presentations for high impact issues and present to the Senior leadership team to drive to resolution in a timely manner. * Primary executive audience may include the CEO, CFO, COO, BU Leaders and VPs from several other functional groups * Continually evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of affiliate support and drive to continual process improvement. * Develop relationships with the key stakeholders and advisors to effectively execute affiliate support. * Key stakeholders include all affiliates impacting various sales organization, product management, ordering & provisioning, finance, legal, regulatory compliance, tax, treasury etc. to ensure alignment and proper advisory for positioning. Qualifications * BA/BS, MBA preferred and 12+ years of relevant industry experience. * Extensive work experience within LEC, CLEC and IXC pricing and managing pricing programs. * Detailed knowledge of the company and industry is required * Experience with SOX compliance and managing regulatory and compliance issues * Must have extensive experience identifying and evaluating fundamental pricing issues * Excellent leadership and communication skills is required * Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines * Strong analytical and financial modeling skills * Extensive Excel , PowerPoint and Access experience * Extensive Telecom experience in various industry structures LEC, CLEC and IXC.
