Job Description

Summary:

Sr. Associate Plan and conduct simple to moderately complex investigations related to financial fraud, e-commerce fraud, proprietary information, and business risk examinations. Works independently under general supervision, and is able to exercise some latitude for independent judgment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct simple to moderately complex internal investigations

  • Assist/support the completion of moderately complex to complex internal investigations

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification

  • At least 1 year of experience in Internal fraud investigation

  • At least 1 year of experience in Interviewing techniques

  • At least 1 year of experience in Retail Banking/Finance/Audit

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in criminal justice, accounting or auditing

  • Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Internal Auditor

  • At least 1 year of experience in External fraud investigation

The GS&I Technical Security team consists of a dynamic group of security professionals who support and enable the physical security of our retail and corporate environments through access control, intrusion detection, alarm monitoring, and video surveillance technologies. They are responsible for the overall design, installation, configuration, maintenance, and administration of integrated security systems that protect the firm across the logical & physical threat spectrum. Technical security professionals work closely with key stakeholders across Global Security, Global Real Estate, Chase, and multiple groups across our Global Technology organization. Scope: As the Global Product Owner for Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) you will be a key figure within the management framework of the GS&I Technical Security team and will report directly to the Global Head of Technical Security. You will be responsible for driving a multi-year transformational initiative to uplift key components of the enterprise video system and facilitate the introduction of cutting edge solutions leveraging AI, data analytics, and facial recognition. As the global product owner for CCTV you will work closely with both GS&I and corporate technology to consolidate business requirements, define the product roadmap for CCTV, create user stories, and define test acceptance criteria for the selection and customization of software to manage and operate the JPMC CCTV system. The team uses an Agile methodology to include a continuous integration / continuous delivery (CI/CD) model of features and functionality. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: * Lead all components of the CCTV Program across both Corporate and Retail * Ability to articulate and demonstrate the value of video analytics in both a Corporate and Retail environment * Drive product and solution roadmaps, define acceptance criteria * Drive technical product engineering solutions by partnering with Stakeholders, Engineers and Developers * Create technical requirements documentation with use cases, processes, technologies, user experiences * Manage the product backlog to include prioritization of features and functionality for development * Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management of requirements * Lead multiple complex work streams, platform enhancements, bug-fixes and product delivery via Agile methodology and tools * Build relationships with business partners and key stakeholders across the firm to cultivate program support and ensure feature delivery is accretive to our business partners and end-users * Drive global standards for access management through the implementation of technology platforms and tooling * Act as a Thought Leader to drive problem solving and identify business solutions Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in related field with 8-10 years relevant experience or Master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience * Experience working with CCTV systems and all components (both hardware and software) required and non-negotiable; experience implementing a video solution at scale strongly preferred * Proven track record in product management or software development delivering enterprise products and solutions; product management of an enterprise video solution strongly preferred * Experience integrating CCTV with other physical security technologies strongly preferred * Experience managing configuration requirements for enterprise CCTV system strongly preferred * Experience implementing video data analytics and/or facial recognition strongly preferred * Experience in Agile software development methodologies required * Knowledge of IT infrastructure and network architecture and design preferred * Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills * Communication & partnership with engineers, developers, business stakeholders, user groups * High degree of comfort in fast-paced dynamic / ambiguous environment * Passionate member advocate with ability to identify and meet customer needs within agile framework Jpmorgan Chase & Co.
