Join our dynamic and growing Brokerage team in Dallas as a Senior Associate Broker for Commercial Property Insurance!

This is an in person position in our office in Dallas, TX.

Each Senior Associate Broker provides vital team functions:

• Review submissions information required to issue new or renewal quotes
• Rate and prepare of new or renewal quotes
• Review and handle inspection recommendations and discrepancies
• Monitor various reports for consistency
• Assist in accounting procedures such as invoicing
• Data entry into multiple internet based systems

We are looking for people with:

• 3-5 years of Commercial Property Insurance experience required

• Wholesale Brokerage experience strongly preferred

• Active P&C license or ability to obtain within 90 days

• Excellent computer skills including typing proficiency, Microsoft Office proficiency with an emphasis in Excel spreadsheets

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Innate organizational skills with ability to prioritize important and pressing tasks

• Willingness to take on challenges, and focus on personal responsibility
