Senior Associate, Fund Marketing - Aristotle Investment Services

We are currently seeking a Senior Associate, Fund Marketing to support the Aristotle Funds marketing strategy and objectives. This position will play a key role in the growth and long-term success of Aristotle Funds by participating in the development of strategic marketing plans, manage the execution of these plans, and develop content and materials that support the business and sales goals. This will include quarterly fund campaigns, positioning our products in the marketplace, and developing materials to garner and maintain assets.

What You Will Do:

• Create and produce marketing collateral, including quarterly fund materials, market insights, and investment ideas.

• Coordinate with the graphic design and digital teams to articulate the creative direction and ensure timely launch of materials.

• Recognize and promote the strategic positioning of Aristotle Funds across all marketing channels, including digital engagement.

• Develop marketing strategies and fund campaigns, including product positioning that aligns with broader marketing initiatives and current investment trends.

• Track and interpret immediate metrics and longer-term trends, sharing findings with senior leadership and optimization for future efforts.

• Perform competitor and market research to understand industry and competitive trends to identify opportunities for Aristotle Funds.

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders including asset managers and internal departments.

• Complete ad hoc projects as necessary.

What You Will Need:

• 3- 5 years of experience in financial services with an emphasis on marketing. Asset management experience is strongly preferred.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably with a major in business, economics, or marketing.

• Strong project-management skills with demonstrated proficiency driving complex projects from start to finish.

• Experience implementing and optimizing marketing across digital and traditional media including, but not limited to print, email, and social media.

• Exceptional level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications).

Compensation Range: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00, plus discretionary bonus.

Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, education, internal equity, and physical work location within the state.

This is a hybrid role; preference is to be located within commuting distance of our Newport Beach, CA office.
