KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Full Stack Developer to join our KPMG Lighthouse - Center of Excellence for Advanced Analytics practice.
Responsibilities:
Provide support, design, construct and implement software that meets business requirement
Collaborate and provide technical direction for onsite and offshore development resources
Participate in the development and maintenance of appropriate project technical documentation including design, configuration and installation
Comprehend the business objectives, challenges, strategic direction and technologies by working with stakeholders and technical resources
Support day to day technical administration including upgrades and release management, analyzing log files, configuration and change control
Improve established software development frameworks, standards and processes while working on products
Qualifications:
Minimum four years of hands-on systems analysis and software development experience in a Linux environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Proven experience with web UI/UX development utilizing Ruby and RHEL; experience with OCR and text processing methods using Ruby, Tesseract a plus; Solid understanding and coding knowledge of SQL (Postgresql preferred), ElasticSearch integration; experience with the following is desired: Ruby on Rails, ASP.Net/ASP.Net MVC, Python, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and jQuery
Strong understanding and knowledge of Micro services architecture; understanding of data structure and algorithms; Modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries: Angular & React; Demonstrated proficiency with development tools such as Python, Django, Java and R
Ability to travel up to twenty percent
