KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Salesforce Developer to join our Federal Technology Enablement practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Salesforce Technical Architect and Business Analysts to translate business requirements to deployable work projects

  • Develop, test and deploy Lightning and Visualforce pages, apex classes, triggers, visual work flow and process builder

  • Integrate with on premise and cloud based systems using Salesforce and third party APIs

  • Execute full lifecycle deployments from development to sandbox and production

  • Collaborate with project management team to communicate technical issues and drive timely solutions

  • Contribute to project design and technical document

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years hands-on software development experience with a minimum of one year on Force.com platform

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

  • Good understanding of core Salesforce platform products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud)

  • Experience with web technologies such as HTML 5, CSS jQuery, Javascript

  • Hold one ore more Salesforce Certifications, preferably Platform Development

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements

  • U.S. citizenship required and the ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time

This person will help solve complex workforce-related problems and support HR processes for Federal Government clients. Responsibilities include supporting human resources, hiring, and staffing with a focus of performing hiring in the Federal environment. Future projects may include other human capital disciplines. Candidates help Federal programs create and maintain a highly skilled workforce by providing excellent human resources support. Responsibilities: * Write compelling job descriptions and performing job assessments * Review resumes and screen applicants to ensure minimum qualifications are met * Schedule phone and in-person interviews to drive candidates through the staffing process and conduct interviews in a Government environment * Lead on-boarding process for new hires and day-to-day HR operations * Work side-by-side with our clients to quickly identify and solve tough problems, delivering outstanding client service Required Qualifications * DE Certification required * At least 10 years of recent experience in Federal staffing operations * Experience or strong interest in working in a Government, homeland security, and/or emergency management environment, with skills in this area preferred * Experience providing staffing support in a fast-paced, mission-oriented environment where attention to detail is critical * Direct experience with client and stakeholder engagement (including senior-level leaders) and delivering work products for clients in a complex stakeholder environment * Experience developing vacancy announcements and reviewing resumes for basic eligibility and qualifications * Experience collaborating with Federal hiring managers to identify best-suited candidates * Experience communicating with applicants regarding their application status, extending offers of employment, coordinating pre-onboarding activities, and maintaining staffing case files to drive candidates through the hiring process * Experience assisting in the development of standard operating procedures for continuous improvement of the federal hiring process * Familiarity using applicant tracking systems, including Monster Government Solutions (MGS) and FedHR, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and with entering and extracting data (Excel) * Proven to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously * Outstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills and strong leadership potential * Clearance: US Citizenship only (no dual citizenship) / ability to obtain a security clearance * Education: Bachelor's Degree * Critical Skills: Entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, resilience, flexibility, learning-oriented, excited to engage Our recruiting process is very competitive.
