KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements in compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards

  • Utilize technical and industry knowledge to identify complex client issues and build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery and networking in professional organizations

  • Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal development

  • Contribute thought leadership to the development and evolution of our Enterprise Technology Solutions (ETS) methodologies and intellectual capital including publishing articles, whitepapers, or performing research in support of ETS initiatives

  • Manage and provide leadership to teams of staff-level professionals and become actively involved in staff development and practice management

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of ETS related experience with a professional services advisory firm or publicly traded company; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MIS from an accredited college/university preferred

  • Experience in process reengineering, designing and implementing business performance management applications, including budgeting, forecasting, planning, consolidation, and reporting

  • Knowledge of information access and delivery methods, analytics applications and tool portfolio, data sourcing and integration methods such as OLAP/ROLAP/HOLAP and an understanding of data warehousing/mining, ETL, EII, data cleansing, and architecture

  • Strong understanding of governance, controls, process and procedures, centers of competency, change management, conceptual data modeling, master data management, data standardization and stewardship, information integrity and compliance, and data quality management

  • U.S. citizenship required and an active U.S. Federal government Secret security clearance

The Senior Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for the planning and driving of end-to-end management of new business. This enterprise level quota-carrying team sells the Digital Marketing Cloud. Measures of success include revenue delivered vs. targets, up-sell and optimization effectiveness, client satisfaction and retention levels, and contribution to overall sales team and business unit. This role is to ideally be based in McLean, VA. What you'll do * Drive specific product revenue in the territory - selling the Adobe Marketing Cloud into Federal Civilian agencies. * Build strong, lasting relationships with partners by understanding their needs and business objectives. Track, monitor and report performance for each partnership. * Perform outbound contact to existing customers to sell additional services. * Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of our service offerings. * Convert customer problems into sales opportunities * Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives. * Improve overall customer satisfaction in assigned customer accounts. * Work with various groups within Adobe (Product, Marketing, Ad Operations, Finance and Engineering) to provide customer feedback and drive revenue opportunities in the region. What you need to succeed * Minimum 7-10+ years proven track record of broad and deep full account management/account executive experience within the Federal Civilian market. * Proven Track record selling Complex Enterprise Software Solutions, ideally within Digital Marketing and/or Cloud-based offerings. * Ability to forge and maintain good business relationships. * Demonstrated analytical and computer skills. * Excellent communication and presentations skills with top-notch customer service approach. * Proven experience in using quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess partnership performance and make recommendations for each account. * Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced work environment and to demonstrate thoughtful leadership in assessing and recommending an approach to solving problems and pursuing opportunities. * Ability to work successfully in a team environment, liaising with all other organizations within Adobe including Sales, Engineering, Production & Marketing. * Strong understanding of Web technologies. * Creative problem-solving approach.
